PURPOSE: To perform free designing of a conveyance line without needing an extensive space by a method wherein by using an eccentric circular cam as a drive source, the number of revolutions of a rotary drive shaft is suppressed to a low value to prevent the generation of noise and meanwhile, a plurality of block body structures are laminated together for integral formation. CONSTITUTION: Liquid passing a first block part A is introduced through an inlet port 5a and is outputted through an outlet port 5b after the flow of it through check valves 4a and 4b, and introduced in a diaphragm chamber 2 after the flow of it through an insertion hole. In a second block part B, when a piston 7 is moved to the power transmission chamber 3 side, the interior of a cylinder chamber 6 is pressurized, and working oil is introduced through an insertion hole to a power transmission chamber 3. In which case, since a diaphragm 1 is deformed to pressurize the interior of the diaphragm chamber 2, the liquid flows through the insertion hole to a line between the inlet port 5a and the outlet port 5b. Further, in a third block part C, a piston 7 is reciprocated by means of eccentric circular cam mechanisms 13 and 14. |
