PURPOSE: To make it possible to draw out a pluraity of passenger cars without loose shocks by adding a soft starting function, of slowly increasing the torque of an electric locomotive, and by slowly increasing the motor current when an operating command is inputted at approximately 0Km/h. CONSTITUTION: When a special starting notch 16, which is newly provided at a powering master controller, is turned on, a single shot 14 makes the output of a sample hold 13 to be0 by one sampling time. Thereafter, the output of an adder 11 is increased, e.g. by every 0.5 A/10ms for every one sample. This value is suppressed to the maximum value (upper limit value) 9 or less, which is sufficient to draw each vehicle, by a minimum-value selecting circuit 10. A switch 6 is switched to the side '1'. A current pattern 8 is obtained through a first-order lag element 7. Thus, each passenger car, which is tracted by the locomotive, does not receive the shock by a coupler caused by the sudden torque change, and the smooth drawing can be started. |
