<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and equipment which make the waste gas of a flash drying machine odorless without degrading heat consumption in flash drying sludge cake and firing it by a cement firing equipment. SOLUTION: This method comprises mixing and agitating the circulating dry powder of the flash dried sludge with the sludge cake and regulating the moisture thereof, then disintegrating the powder mixture in a disintegrating machine 24 of the flash drying machine 20, drying the powder mixture in a drying duct 26, collecting dust in a cyclone 28 to obtain the dry powder, blowing a specified amount of the dry powder into a rotary kiln 48 and utilizing the same as a portion of fuel for firing cement clinker, in which the high-temperature section of the cement firing equipment is utilized as a waste gas heating section for indirectly heating the waste gas of the drying machine and the waste gas of the flash drying machine is introduced into this waste gas heating section and is subjected to heating and deodorizing. The heated and deodorized waste gas is partly circulated to the disintegrating machine of the flash drying machine and the increased component of the gas is bled outside the system. The balance of the heated an deodorized waste gas and the waste gas from the cyclone 28 of the flash drying machine are heat exchanged with a heat exchanger 64 to preheat the waste gas from the cyclone.</p> |
