<p>The haymaker has a long support chassis (1) with two side parts (3,4) articulated at the ends of a central part (2) by pivots (5,6). The chassis carries several rotors (27-30) which rotate about support spindles (38) carrying, at their lower ends, ground support wheels (41). Each side comprises internal (19,21) and external (20,22) segments carrying the corresponding rotor. The rotors can turn about their longitudinal axes (23,24) to place them above the central part. Work forks (37) are orientated towards the middle of the machine. The rotor support spindles are pivoted in chassis bearings and have adjusting levers (43-46) connected by control rods (47-49). The control rods of the adjusting levers are in a first section (57,58). A second section (59,60) has a coupling and uncoupling mechanism (61,62).</p> |
