PURPOSE: To facilitate the refeeding of covered electric wire to an electric wire feeding device. CONSTITUTION: A detecting means 12 is provided to detect the terminal end of covered electric wire W. The detected terminal end is fixed upstream of the stock part of an electric wire feeding device 1 by a fixing means 13. Since the terminal end of the covered electric wire W is thus fixed upstream of the stock part 3, there is no need to wind the covered electric wire W around the stock part 3 at the time of refeeding the covered electric wire W. The refeeding of the covered electric wire W is thereby facilitated. |
