The sensor system detects the direction and distance of an infrared ray source by forming a plurality of windows(12) at an upper, lower and orderly positions of a cylindrical shutter(11). The system comprises: the infrared ray sensor including a cylindrical composite fresnel lens(13); the cylindrical shutter(11) formed outside the composite fresnel lens(13) and detecting the direction of the infrared ray by forming a plurality of windows for selectively passing the infrared ray correspondent to the position of the windows; a rotary means(10) rotating the shutter(11).
