<p>PURPOSE: To provide a filter in which a filter medium on the inlet side thereof is prevented from being damaged and also the filter surface of the filter medium is effectively used. CONSTITUTION: A filter unit 1 is constituted of a tubular filter 2, a flow control member 3 made of metal arranged inside on the 1st end part side thereof, and a closing member 4 arranged on the 2nd end part side thereof. The flow control member 3 is formed into a cylinder whose diameter is smaller than that of the tubular filter 2, and on the end part thereof, a guide part 3a whose diameter is made larger as it comes near the 1st end part side is formed. The flow control member 3 is formed so as to have a length almost two thirds of that of the tubular filter 2, and at the tip of the guide part 3a, it is fixed to the tubular filter 2. A lot of holes 5 are made in the flow control member 3, and the size of the holes 5 is not uniform, and the diameter thereof is made larger as they come near the 2nd end part side. A lot of the filter units 1 are assembled 11 parallel in one housing 6, and are used as a filter 7.</p> |
