DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION FOR MICROWAVE FREQUENCIES

摘要

The microwave dielectric ceramic composition contains MgTiO3 as a main component and 3-30 mole % of MgO to 1 mole of the MgTiO3. This composition may be prepared by mixing 1 mole MgTiO3, 3-30 mole % MgO, and 0.01-5 mole % CaO, sintering at the high temperature of 1400 deg.C or more, whereby it can reduce dielectric loss at the range of microwave.
