<p>A housing (16) houses necessary members and is connected to one end of a band-shaped accessory (1, 2). A slide plate (18) is received in the housing slidably in a longitudinal direction of the accessory, and connected to the other end of the accessory. Push buttons (19, 20) are provided in the housing laterally slidably. Ratchet teeth (37) are formed on the slide plate, and projections (41) for locking are formed on the push buttons. A spring (21) is provided for engaging one of the ratchet teeth with the locking projections (41) at a position selected from a multiplicity of positions.</p> |
