Supporting, guiding, beating or deflecting rollers are employed in screening, transport or conveyor bands or conveyor systems, inter alia in root-crop, root-crop storage or such like machines. In these supporting, guiding, beating or deflecting rollers, the outer annular casing consists of a flexible material which is affixed to a steel casing with or without a flange located on one side. This steel casing is mounted by means of ball bearings which are fitted onto a fixed axle pin and which are screwed in a frame stand, at the same time the steel casing is divided in two, each half is provided with an inner collar and the ball bearing is thereby retained in the casing. |
