PURPOSE: To provide a hot-water supplying and heating machine, capable of supplementing automatically city water into an expansion tank utilizing the pressure of water way as water for room heating. CONSTITUTION: A heating pipe 9, circulating and supplying heating water to a radiator 11, is connected to an expansion tank 16 equipped with a pressure cap 16a opened by a gauge pressure smaller than the pressure of city water. The heating water supplementing pipe 23 is provided with an atmosphere opening valve 25 for preventing the heating water from the expansion tank 16 from flowing reversely. When the heating water in the expansion tank 16 becomes short, city water is supplied into an expansion tank 16. When the pressure of city water becomes zero or a negative pressure by the service interruption of city water, the reverse flow of heating water can be precluded by the atmosphere opening valve 25. |
