<p>PURPOSE: To reduce a noise to a level where a noise due to the dimming of a inverter is not a problem even in silent environment by arranging an insulating member having an air ventilation passage and a sound absorber above or below an inverter substrate. CONSTITUTION: The insulating member 42 which has the air ventilation passage and the sound absorber 41 are arranged above or below the inverter substrate 8. When a top cover is lifted as shown by an arrow to input characters, a liquid crystal display screen, i.e., the whole LCD unit 2 is raised. At this time, the whole inverter substrate 8 is raised and the reverse side of the inverter substrate 8, therefore, faces the user. Namely, when the information processor is used, the sound absorber 41 is arranged in a direction wherein a sound is easily heard. The insulating member 42 of a thin plastic sheet has the air ventilation passage by providing a saw-tooth space, so this member prevents the temperature of the inverter substrate 8 from rising and the substrate 8 from being short-circuited.</p> |
