PURPOSE: To reduce the time and labor for referring to unrequired information in a chart in which the various kinds of information coexist and to improve medical treatment quality by providing a function for extracting and displaying only the contents of a specified item by the classification of sentences written in the chart and the function for time sequentially displaying the extracted contents. CONSTITUTION: This medical treatment record book management system for which a medical treatment room inside medical institution and the other room are connected by an electronic appliance is provided with a medical history input screen 2 for inputting data every time the data of a patient are increased by medical examinations, treatments and inspections, deciding and inputting the classification of the data and linking the data and the name of a disease and also an entire medical history screen 1 linked so as to enter all medical history lists for each date based on the medical history input screen 2, extract and display the contents of the specified item by the classification of the written sentences and time sequentially display the extracted contents. |
