The system comprises an equipment including a mechanism (1) for introducing and/or extracting documents in and/or from a subsystem (2) for collecting the information contained in said documents, passing next to a cancellation subsystem (3), with the option of storing the document in a storage unit (4) assisted by a security subsystem (7). A programmable hardware subsystem (6) is intended to check the fulfilment of the conditions of time and/or stipulated events, as well as the control of authorized users in order to permit the introduction and/or processing of documents.
