<p>A voice source locating device (160) determines the location of a speaker from his/her voice collected through a microphone (150), and a camera controller (120) controls a camera (100) in accordance with the location. A main controller (130) inputs the image of the speaker taken by the camera (100) and the voice of the speaker received by the microphone (150). They are visualized into icons and displayed on the screen of a proceeding display (240) as nodes. A secretary (20) inputs the progress of proceedings by labeling arcs connecting the nodes through simple operation. Since the progress of proceedings is inputted through a simple interface on an icon basis, the work for preparing the proceedings can be lightened. In addition, the progress of proceedings can be recognized at a glance. The proceedings prepared during the conference can be utilized as multimedia proceedings even after the meeting.</p> |
