PURPOSE: To provide a push button system capless water color ink ballpoint pen in which ink is not oozed out from a pen when the pin is inserted to a pocket, and which is no danger of dripping the ink into the pocket. CONSTITUTION: A push button system capless water color ink ballpoint pen has a ballpoint pen refill 4 using water color ink and arranged in a barrel 1, and a pen unit 41 of the refill 4 protruding or retreating from the end opening 13 of the barrel 1 by pushing operation, and comprises a clip 3 mounted at the end opening 13 side of the barrel 1, wherein, when the pen is inserted to a pocket, the unit 1 turns upward. |
