FIELD: rocket engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for design rockets launched off open water surface from semi-submerged position. Proposed rocket has air-tight head fairing and tail compartment with two-section gear for provision of buoyancy and verticality joined to it, gears for depressurization and separation from rocket at specified moment of functioning. Gear for provision of buoyancy and verticality has diameter equal to that of rocket. Proposed rocket makes it possible to carry out its evacuation from carrier at launching point over water surface is horizontal position, its setting into vertical position and start off water surface with provision for high density of arrangement and energy characteristics with realization of acceptable conditions for useful load at all stages of rocket functioning. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability of rocket.
