PURPOSE: To provide a pre-filling type injector which enables shortening of working time in operations of dissolving and mixing, and injecting a medicine without slide resistance nor elution of a silicone oil. CONSTITUTION: A cover member 4 is removed from a member 2 for pouring out a medical fluid and, after connecting the member 2 for pouring out the medical fluid to a vial, when a plunger 3 is pressed, the medical fluid housed in a medical fluid housing section 1 is poured out into the vial through the member 2 for pouring out the medical fluid. At this point, as the bellows-shaped housing part 1 and the plunger 3 are both in no contact with an internal wall of a syringe outer cylinder 5, no slide resistance is generated between the parts and the internal wall of the syringe outer cylinder 5, thereby allowing the plunger 3 to advance by a very small force. The vial is shaken thoroughly to dissolve or mix a medicine in the vial, and then, an injection agent prepared can be sucked into a pre-filling type injector by pulling the plunge 3. |
