PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner which has high safety and excellent air diffusing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A discharge port guard 3A is provided in a discharge outlet 2 for discharging the air after heat exchanging with circulating refrigerant by a heat exchanger out of a body case, and the many air discharge openings 6 of the guard 3A are formed of concentric ribs 4 provided concentrically and radiating ribs 5 provided radially. A slender reinforcing rib 5a is added between at least one ribs of the ribs 4 and 5 not to increase the air resistance but to form the opening 6 in size without inserting a finger, thereby eliminating the insertion of the finger to the port 2. |
