PURPOSE: To obtain an agent for suppressing absorption of excess nutrition, excellent in action suppressing absorption of excess nutrition and capable of exhibiting excellent effect on improvement and prevention of obesity by a food or a medicine in which the inhibitor is blended. CONSTITUTION: This agent for suppressing absorption of excess nutrition comprises an essence of a plant belonging to the genus Anthriscus of the family Umbelliferae. A food for preventing obesity, a food for improving obesity, a medicinal composition for preventing obesity and medicinal composition for treating obesity contain the inhibitor, respectively. |
