Date Jul. 27, 1995The present invention provides a differential driving supercharger and a method for controlling the same, wherein supply air to an engine for a vehicle, such as a construction machine, is supercharged, the acceleration properties of the engine are improved, and the size can be made smaller while attaining a higher output, a greater torque at lower engine speeds, and a better fuel economy. To this end, a planetary carrier (13) of a differential driving device is connected to an output shaft (1A) of an engine (1), a mechanical supercharger (10) to a sun gear (11), and a rotary variable load body (30) to a ring gear (14), respectively. In addition, the rotary variable load body (30), connected to the ring gear (14), is rotated from the outside to increase or reduce the speed of the mechanical supercharger (10), to thereby increase the output of the engine (1). |
