FIELD: railway transport; track circuits with rail bonds. SUBSTANCE: electric traction rail bond has multicore conductor 1 of nominal diameter with tips 2 secured on ends. Each tip has plastically upset section on outer end of larger diameter Din form of two planes parallel to plane of symmetry of tip in which crossing axes of holes for current conductor and tip are located. Distance between upset planes is within 0.68D- 0.82Dat length of upset portion of hole within 0.65 and 0.92 of nominal diameter of conductor. Diameter of hole is within 1.01 and 1.03 of nominal diameter of current conductor, and taper changing from larger diameter of tip to smaller diameter is within 1: 8 to 1:9.
