The present invention provides an apparatus for fixating a heat-dissipating lamp. The apparatus includes: a lamp fixating part which fixates at least one side of the lamp to limit movement of the lamp dissipating heat; a first insulation part and a second insulation part which are made of an insulation material so as to block electric currents generated in the lamp and are joined with the lamp fixating part in order; and a joining part which penetrates the lamp fixating part, the first insulation part, and the second insulation part in order to be inserted therein and joins the lamp fixating part, the first insulation part and the second insulation part with each other as the joining part is rotated. The first insulation part includes a rotation prevention groove in which at least a portion of the joining part is inserted so as to prevent the lamp fixating part from being rotated when the joining part is rotated.
