The document pref. comprises three folded pages (1a-1c) enclosing a greeting card (3) which incorporates a speech-synthesizing integrated circuit (5), a miniature loudspeaker (4), a pushbutton switch (6) and e.g. a Li battery (7). The enclosure may be protected by a pair of removable security elements (8a,8b) on the inside faces of the centre fold (1b), preventing exposure even if the first fold (1a) is opened at random. The type of policy, names and addresses of insurer and insured, etc. may be printed on the centre fold.
