FIELD: reprocessing of dough products, may be used to obtain semi-finished products such as thin or elbow spaghetti, macaroni. SUBSTANCE: attachment has grid with profiling holes where ends of forming rods are inserted. Grid is provided with recess positioned adjacent to inlet end of holes. Forming rods are fixed in retaining washer so that detachable link is formed. Detachable link has central opening and is axially movable relative to grid for manual adjustment. Such embodiment allows attachment to be readily mounted in domestic meat chopper. EFFECT: increased efficiency, convenient operation and mounting meat chopper, simplified construction and reduced sizes. |
