FIELD: strength testing. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to impact strength testing. Plant for strength testing of samples has infinite element 7, tie-rod 9, weight 8. Rotation of drums 10, 11 element 7 acts via tie-rod 9 and moves weight 8 in reciprocating motion delivering blows on sample 4. Testing task is solved with proportional change of frequency of cyclic loading and force of blows while testing samples of various materials.
