<p>PURPOSE: To treat organic waste water containing enzymes at a high load by removing the enzymes from the organic waste water and then carrying out anaerobic treatment. CONSTITUTION: Raw water, which is organic waste water containing enzymes, is at first led to a rapid stirring tank 1, stirred after a pH adjusting agent 3 and an inorganic flocculant 4 are added thereto, and then sent to a slow stirring tank 2 and stirred after a polymer coagulant 5 is added thereto. The coagulant-added waste water is sent to a coagulating and precipitating tank 7 by natural flow and the coagulated substances 8 are precipitated in the bottom part. Continuously, after the supernatant waste water in the precipitating tank 7 is received once in a middle tank 6, the waste water is supplied to an upward current sludge blanket apparatus 10, which is an anaerobic treatment apparatus, from a slower side by a supplying pump 9. The waste water produced by coagulation treatment and granule sludge are brought into contact with each other in a granule layer 11 in the bottom part and the organic substances in the waste water are decomposed to methane gas by anaerobic treatment.</p> |
