PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable visual examination of a preparation applied with limited breakage and damage by a method wherein a specified composition, a syringe body and a protective cap to be sterilized by a radiation and walls of a specified barrel and a nozzle are arranged while the wall is made transparent in the area of the barrel and a subcutaneous injection needle is integrated with a nozzle. SOLUTION: In a prefilling, small-capacity, inseptic, disposable syringe of at most 5 ml of filling capacity, a plastic syringe body and a protective cap can be sterilized by gamma rays and/or ethylene oxide without impairing function and free from effect on chemical or physical characteristic. The walls of a barrel 1 and a nozzle 5 are designed with the steam permeability smaller than 0.08 g/(m<2>×d) at 500μm in the thickness of the walls and made transparent like glass in the area of the barrel 1. The hyperdermic injection needle 6 is directly integrated with a nozzle 5.
