PURPOSE: To avoid interference by designating transmission timing, which is not designated to any after base station, by storing all the designable transmission timing and the transmission timing designated to the base stations under control. CONSTITUTION: When the interference is reported from mobile stations 210-215, the base stations 110-140 report the existence of interference to a base station controller 300. The base station controller 300 stores a history table, in which the frame numbers designated to the base stations under control are made correspondent to the designated time as the counted time of a control side time counting part 54 at the time of their outputs, and when the interference is reported from the base stations 110-140, the frame number not to be used by another base station is selected and designated to the base station of the origin of report. Then, the transmission timing of the next physical slot for control is controlled so as to be shifted just for that frame number. Thus, the interference can be avoided without accompanying any other interference generation and the degree of freedom for the positions to install the respective base stations is improved. |
