PURPOSE: A device for automatically driving a cooling fan and method the same are provided to automatically drive the cooling fan, only when an inner temperature is over a regular temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for automatically driving a cooling fan of an audio system in a car comprises the steps of: composing a temperature sensor for checking an inner temperature of an audio system in a car; dropping the inner temperature by automatically driving a cooling fan, when it is the driving temperature of the cooling fan by constantly checking the inner temperature, when the audio system operates; and repeating a stopping operation of the cooling fan driving, by automatically interrupting power supply supplied to the cooling fan, when the temperature is dropped after certain time elapses.
