摘要 PURPOSE: To change driving conditions without exchanging electrodes by arranging them such that the electrode faces can be rotated with center at an axis parallel with each face, in a method wherein electrostatic charge is deposited on a sheet article and the sheet article is stuck to a cooling roll by electric attracting force to be generated between the article and the cooling roll. CONSTITUTION: Near both edges in the cross direction of a plastic sheet 2 extruded from a die by melt extrusion molding, electrodes 8 movable in three directions of X, Y, Z are arranged. Electrostatic charge is deposited on the sheet 2 and the sheet 2 is stuck to a cooling roll 3 by electric attracting force to be generated between the sheet and the cooling roll 3. At this time, each electrode 8 is constituted of a polyhedral electrode face having at least one or more needle-like electrode 7 surrounded by an insulating member. In parallel with faces a-d, an axis 9 having an electric wire inserted into its central part is attached. An operating face is switched by a change-over switch, rotated with center at the axis 9, and moved in the directions X, Y, and Z so as to change driving conditions.
