Sachet (1) is made from two contiguous walls (2) of a supple and gas-impermeable material, forming a pouch to hold the product, and having an aperture (5) in one edge (4) which can be hermetically closed. One wall (2) of the sachet is equipped with at least one gas-permeable membrane (6) which allows air, a gas or a sterilising agent to pass from the inside of the sachet to the outside when the aperture (5) is closed. The improvement is that the sachet walls (2) are joined by a broken seal line (7), which divides the sachet into a first section (8) with the membrane(s) (6), and a second section (9) to receive the product and having the opening (5). The broken seal line allows for the passage of gas, air or sterilising agent between the two sections (8, 9) after the aperture (5) has been sealed, while preventing any transfer of the product from one section to the other.
