Reducing EM signal effect on human when using mobile radio appts

Two telescopic systems are used similar to the usual telescopic antenna. The systems have different diameters, so that the smaller can fit into the larger, as an inner and an outer system. The inner forms the coaxial conductor and the outer the screen, and the antenna fixes on the upper end. When the inner telescopic system is pulled out, the antenna and with it the focus and source of the radiated energy, moves further from the user's head. A number of possible variants are provided.
