A flat-plate heat and mass transfer exchanger with a turbulent motion of the inner fluid, comprising one or more exchanger elements, each consisting of two outer plates (1 or 7, 3) between which two inner plates (2, 2bis) provided with holes (5) are located, the geometrical arrangement being such that, by rotating said inner plates (2, 2bis) by 180 DEG to each other, a winding path for fluids (A or A+C, B) which cross said exchanger elements is defined by said inner plates and said outer plates (1 or 7, 3).
