A thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin (A) and a product (B) of grafting of a mixture of two specified ethylene-1-butene random copolymers in a weight ratio (A/B) of 95/5 to 50/50. It can provide moldings excellent in low-temperature impact resistance and mechanical strength.
