<p>PURPOSE: To provide a constant temperature drying device capable of obtaining a dried persimmon matured to inside thereof in a short period. CONSTITUTION: This constant temperature drying device comprises forming an exhausting port 13 having an exhausting fan 19 and a circulating passage taken out from the upper directional part of the major body of a drying device 1 and blowing from the floor part of the major body of the drying device 1 to the upper direction in the major body of the drying device 1 having a door 7 for opening and closing, equipping ducts 15, 17 having a sucking port 27 for taking in outside air, a heater 29 generating dry air in the duct 15, a fan 33 delivering the dry air in the duct 15 to the inside of the major body of the drying device 1 and a control part controlling the heater 29 so as to regulate the inside of the major part of the drying device 1 within the range of 25 deg.C-35 deg.C, and using a steel plate 11 coated with a far infrared radiation generating material as the inner wall of the major body of the drying device 1.</p> |
