PURPOSE: To quickly execute, with simple operation, attachment and detachment of a temporary blockade member from the floor surface without using a rolling cart or a stepladder. CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a blockade member 1 for blocking a bolt hole 91 of a hanging bolt insert 9 buried under the concrete surface and an operating pole 5 for fitting and removing the blockade member into and out of the bolt hole 91. The blockade member 1 is equipped at its front with an insert part 3, capable of being fitted to and removed from the bolt hole 91, and a part 4 to be engaged that is operated for fitting and removal by the operating pole 5 is provided at the bottom of the blockade member. The operating pole 5 is equipped at its front with an engaging part 7 that is engaged with the part 4 to be engaged of the blockade member 1 for fitting and removing the blockade member 1 into and out of the bolt hole. |
