PURPOSE: To uniformly and efficiently cool the cavity surface of an optical disk mold by forming a large number of holes divided by partition walls to the rear surface opposed to a back plate and allowing the holes to communicate with the through-holes formed to the partition walls to form a temp. control circuit. CONSTITUTION: In an optical disk mold 11, a temp. control circuit 18 is formed by the continuation of a large number of holes 15 divided by partition walls 14 and one of two through-holes 16 communicating with one hole 15 is formed on the side of a cavity 17 and the other one of them is formed on the side of a back plate 12. Therefore, the temp. control medium recirculated through the temp. control circuit 18 flows toward the cavity 17 and the back plate 12 when flows in the holes 15 and flows out of them and the heat generated on the side of the cavity 17 of the optical disk mold 11 is well transmitted to the back plate 12. Therefore, the cooling or heat exchange efficiency of the cavity 17 becomes excellent. |
