FIELD: technology for briquetting of combustible components, for instance, of coal sludge and fines; produced briquettes are used as fuel for combustion in household and industrial furnaces, and also for coking in by-product coke industry and metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method for production of fuel briquettes from coal sludge and/or coal fines includes mixing of above-indicated combustible components with still bottoms of rectification of tall oil; introduction into obtained mixture of water-soluble binding agent; subsequent formation from the obtained mass of fuel briquettes and their heat treatment (calcination). Above-indicated mixing, formation and heat treatment are accomplished in technological chain with continuous motion of treated mass. Still bottoms of tall oil rectification is added to mixed mass in the amount, of at least 0.5% of combustible components mass, and water-soluble binding agent is added to the mixed mass in the amount of 0.05% of the combustible components mass. Heat treatment is conducted at the temperature of 200-800 C for at least 4 min. EFFECT: reduced initial capital investments and operating costs, decreased power consumption and improved service properties of briquettes. |
