a system controller(11) containing a program for controlling the system; a tranceiver on/off sensor(7) for sensing on/off state of the tranceiver(6) to output on/off monitored signal to the system controller(11); a DTMF receiving circuit(8) for detecting a specific tone signal received through a telephone line to output an input signal to the system controller(11); a ring signal detector(9) for detecting a ring signal received from the telephone line to output it to the system controller(11); and a ring speaker(10) for outputting the ring signal according to a control signal outputted from the system controller(11) and generating an alarming sound through a speaker.
