The present invention provides a touch panel and a display device. The touch panel comprises a plurality of touch induction electrodes and a plurality of touch drive electrodes, wherein the touch induction electrodes and the touch drive electrodes are arranged on different planes along different directions, an insulation layer is arranged at a crossover of the touch induction electrode and the touch drive electrode, and a plurality of vacancy electrodes is also formed on a plane where the touch induction electrodes and/or the touch drive electrodes are disposed, such that the electrodes on the same plane are uniformly distributed. The touch panel provided by the present invention can improve the homogeneity of a displayed picture, thereby improving the displayed picture quality of the display device. |
