PURPOSE: To realize the radio communication system in which a low utility charge is secured even in the case of a talking utilizing a pager company. CONSTITUTION: When a call is made from a #1 PHS terminal equipment 13 to a #2 PHS terminal equipment 13 and if a power switch of the #2 PHS terminal equipment 13 is open and no reply is obtained, a network management station 14 makes a pager call to the #2 PHS terminal equipment 13 via a pager company 15, the #2 PHS terminal equipment 13 discriminates an incoming call, closes its own power switch and makes a call to the network management station 14. Then the position is registered and re-dial OK is informed to a caller #1 PHS terminal equipment 13 from the network management station 14. When redialing is made from the #1 PHS terminal equipment 13 to the network management station 14, a communication path between the #1 PHS terminal equipment 13 and the #2 PHS terminal equipment 13 is set up based on position registration information. |
