<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate speed variation of a drum motor and shorten an adjustment time by changing only the head switching time point of one head while head switching delay data is repeatedly altered. SOLUTION: According to the result of a format detection part 50, a control part 60 sends serial data for altering the delay data in steps to a head switching signal generation part 30 unless the format matches, and shifts only the switching time point of one of many heads and sends a shift disabling signal for fixing the switching time points of the remaining heads to a generation part 30 at the same time. While the altering process of the delay data is repeated, only the switching time point of one head is changed until the detection part 50 judges that the switching point of time which is shifted with the delay data is adequate for the format.</p> |
