An oil-in-water(O/W) type cosmetic composition for sun protection is provided to improve convenience of use by applying the cosmetic composition into a pouch pump dispenser, so that the cosmetic composition is discharged in a straight through a nozzle, and appropriately attached to the skin by immediate gelling. An oil-in-water(O/W) type cosmetic composition for sun protection comprises (a) sun protector containing 6.0-8.0 wt.% of octylmethoxycinnamate, 4.0-6.0 wt.% of octylsalicylate, 3.0-5.0 wt.% of titanium oxide and 2.0-4.0 wt.% of isoamyl-p-methoxycinnamate, (b) humectant containing 1.0-3.0 wt.% of glycerin and 3.0-6.0 wt.% of butyleneglycol, (c) silicon-based oil containing 1.0-3.0 wt.% of dimethicone and 1.0-3.0 wt.% of cyclomethicone, (d) emulsifier containing 1.5-3.0 wt.% of cetearyl olivate/sorbitan olivate, 1.5-3.0 wt.% of hydrophilic monostearic acid glycerin, 0.1-1.0 wt.% of ceteares-6-olivate and 0.5-1.0 wt.% of cetearyl alcohol, (e) viscosity regulator containing 1.0-2.0 wt.% of dimethicone crosspolymer, 0.1-0.5 wt.% of xanthan gum and 0.3-0.7 wt.% of PVP(polyvinylpyrrolidone)/eicosene copolymer, and (f) 0.5-0.6 wt.% of antiseptic, 0.01-0.03 wt.% of metal ion sequestrant and 51-74 wt.% of water. A method for preparing pouch pump dispenser type cosmetic product comprises the steps of: (a) inserting a pouch valve(10) into a pressure vessel(20), and filling the cosmetic composition for sun protection into the pouch valve; (b) combining a mountain cup(A) in the upper part of the pouch valve with peripheral surface(B) of the upper part of pressure vessel and creamping them to introduce the compressed air into the pressure vessel; and (c) mounting a spray cap(30) on the pouch valve.
