SUBSTANCE: to attain the dosed extension load proportional to the gravity load exerted on the joints and vertebral column in the vertical position of the patient, the latter is fixed by his talocrural articulations to the fixed part of the table support, and the back, pelvis and head are positioned on the support independent parts that are movable along the table.
