The system includes a comb filter(300) for receiving a composite video signal(CV) and detecting the color signal(CCOMB) and luminance signal(YCOMB), a filter(400) for generating a video signal(Vhd), color signal(Cs) and basic color signal(CB), a luminance/color signals separator(500) for outputting final color signal(C) and luminance signal(Y), a second controller(600) for detecting the vertical transition of the color signal(CCOMB) and luminance signal(YCOMB) and outputting one of them, which has higher level, a first controller(700) for controlling the band in the color signal band filtering in the filter(400), and a third controller(800) for controlling generation of the color signal(C) in the luminance/color signals separator(500).
