A method for laminating a core for a motor is provided to reduce vibration and a noise maximally by reducing cogging torque. A plurality of cores are laminated with a multi-layered structure. A plurality of slots(2) are formed in each core(1). A plurality of cores includes a first core and a second core. The second core is laminated on the first core. When the second core is laminated on the first core, the second core is rotated as much as the angle corresponding to 1 to 10 slots to prevent the mechanical imbalance due to the thickness deviation with the first core. The completed core laminate is fixed in a shaft of the rotor of the motor.
