<p>PURPOSE: To provide a production managing device which is constituted to grasp a work without stopping a production line when the work flowing through the line can not be discriminated. CONSTITUTION: A production managing device comprises arrival limit switches 12, 14,... to detect a work moving to a zone classified by each of zones A0, B0,... on production lines 41 and 42; ID controllers 3a and 3b to discriminate the work; and passage limit switches 11, 13,... to detect movement of the work to a subsequent zone. A work station 1 is provided to store the order of a work discriminated at each zone as work order data and decide which work can not be discriminated from work order data of a zone followed by the zone, discrimination of the work is impracticable, when discrimination of the work arriving at each zone is impracticable.</p> |
