PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for a tire capable of improving processability, a low fuel consumption property and abrasion resistance in a well-balanced manner, and a tire having a tire member constituted by the rubber composition for the tire.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for a tire, containing a rubber component containing at least two kinds selected from a group consisting of natural rubber and diene-based synthetic rubber (A), silica (B), carbon black (C), a coupling agent represented by the following chemical formula (1) (D), and a vulcanization-based agent containing a vulcanizer (E1) and a vulcanization accelerator (E2) (E), including (Process X1) a process X1 for kneading all amount of A, a part of B and a part of D, (Process X2) a process X2 for kneading the kneaded article from the Process X1 and remaining amounts of B and D, and (Process F) a process F for kneading the kneaded article from the Process X2 and E.
