PURPOSE: To provide an inverter device which can acquire the largest DC power from a solar battery with high accuracy and high efficiency by improving the control stability of an operating point and also the control responsiveness in a largest power point tracking control system where the operating point set on a solar battery curve follows the largest power point. CONSTITUTION: The controlled variable of a PWM control part 16 is varied while controlling so that the DC power taken out of a solar battery 2 is maximized and also this DC power is converted into the AC power and supplied to a commercial power system 3. A voltage range setting part 20 designates a voltage range of the largest power point. A voltage comparison part 21 and a controlled variable calculation part 17 compare the DC input voltage VIN with the largest power point voltage range to set a large changing rate of the controlled variable for the PWM control when the voltage VIN is included out of the largest power point voltage range and to set a small changing rate of the controlled variable when the VIN is included in the largest power point voltage range. |
